In his younger years he was a by the book leader, but over the years he has developed his own code of conduct that he follows. His subordinates know that he is strict, but fair not having to worry if the Gorn has their back.

Toni Turner

Though unusual in the Federation, Gorn Security operated as bodyguards for their captains and the highest ranking officer had the honor of protecting the Commanding Officer of the vessel. This is something Nugra has enforced on his own accord believing it is his duty to protect her no matter the cost.

William Tindall

William Tindalll had become Nugra's mentee after Tindall's demotion to Ensign. Nugra wanted to turn him in to the best security officer in the Fleet, but both have butted heads. Tindall has a sense of humor and Nugra is infamous for having none. In the end, Tindall was re-instated and they became good friends.

Talia Kaji

At first, Nugra found Doctor Kaji to be rather annoying and always asking questions she shouldn't, but the Rodulan doctor wormed her way in to his heart and he considers her a friend...though he won't ever say it out loud. Over the years that he has served with her and his long leave from Starfleet has showed him that he has fallen in love with the woman, but is unsure how to proceed.

Achievements

• Nugra received the Princess' Ruby in 2367 for winning the Imperial Vss'Nok competition. Rose to stardom among the Imperial Gorn.

• Finding that his long lost friend Megan Parker was still alive after being thought dead.

• Getting command of the USS Victory, his first love.

Disappointments

• Failure to protect Captain Jordan Hurne when he mysteriously vanished from the USS Victory. He feels the failure to this day. The loss haunts him and the Gorn holds himself personally responsible for the failure.

• Nugra was a horrible father to his daughter Iria, turning her in to a killing machine in the battle of the singularity.

Family History

Parents

Gorns have a tradition of not having a true last name though they add their father's name to their first when identifying themselves for ceremonial purposes. The Tk' prefix in gorn means "descended from".

• Moong Tk'Srovik was a starship structural engineer working at the Ss'Varnon Imperial Shipyards who spent his life focusing on the retro-fit of the old Gorn warships in to more advanced warships. He was instrumental also in fixing major systems issues when attempting to meld LCARS type technology in to the new era ships. Moong is still working at the main shipyards under the new Gorn Alliance and is a point of contention with his son as he became loyal to the new Alliance.

• Marga was a biologist who gave up her career to raise her three children. A stay at home mother who continues to live on Tau Lacerte III, the Tk'Moong Manor was a rich estate thanks to the money earned by her husband. At the loss of her Son Morg, Nugra in Federation territory as a traitor, she keeps her daughter Seev close to home.

Siblings

Morg was the oldest brother of the Tk'Moong family who found himself part of a radical political cell that turned his attention to terroristic activities. He came to Nugra one night telling of a plot to assasinate the assembly leader. Turning his back on the party, Morg and Nugra fought his way through the enemy and warned the government. Morg was banished from the Confederation and he joined the Federation and served aboard the USS Victory. In the long run, Morg was murdered by an Orion Assasin after saving the ship from a genetic virus.

Seev was the youngest of the siblings and remained at home instead of traveling about like her brothers. She has continued to live at home with little adventure which suits her. She was poisoned once by a Vkk'Nnn bite setup by the Orion assasin Loki that killed her brother later. She hates Orions since then.

Children

Iria was a young Myverian girl that was found by Nugra in the middle of the savage war of the singularity. Nugra adopted her as his war child making her a rightful heir to the Nugra name.

Nugra's career in the Gorn Confederation was filled before he considered joining Star Fleet. This section details his accomplishments.

Age Discrepancy

While fighting for the Gorn Confederation against the Alliance, Nugra participated in the battle of the singularity. Two fleets got caught in the orbit of a quantum locked planet where they found themselves sealed away from one year on the outside. The rescue fleet arrived, but found that 204 years had passed on the inside and the fleets suffered 95% casualities. Nugra is technically only 43 years old, but his time in the singularity has aged him the extra years. This is not seen as a problem as Gorns live up to 900 to 1000 years. If anything, it made him older and wiser.

Director's Office

Nugra's office is usually least decorated, but everything lined up in neat and perfect formation. When in his office with no major work to do, he'll go around and arrange the chairs so they are perfectly aligned with others and measure at the proper angle from other furniture in the room.

His discovery of the vacuum cleaner has lead to many hours sweeping every part of his office for that perfect clean.

Gedesh Estate

Purchased in 2391 to setup a place to retire to one day, the Gedesh Estate is a producer of Kuvo grapes and Laudean blue wine. Nugra does not get much of a time to visit it, but it is something he wants to do more often if he ever gets the chance.

• Dave: Dave is a German shepherd originally owned by William Tindall until his departure from starfleet. Holding an official rank of Lieutenant JG, Dave has become the personal body guard of the massive Gorn, following him wherever he goes.

As is Gorn tradition, Security Officers usually make some contacts with the underworld to be able to utilize their job better. Nugra is no exception as certain things can be overlooked for the well being of the Embassy and ship.
