Cait Spacedock, locally known as Ferasa Prime Spacedock[1], is a Federation space station in the orbit of Cait near the Federation border with the Tholian Assembly. The Spacedock hosts the Starfleet's regional command to the Tholian border area. Due to its location, the Spacedock is a commercial and travel hub.
The Spacedock serves as the Headquaters for the Starfleet Operations – Tholian Region. The Starfleet Operations – Tholian Region is commanded currently by Vice Admiral Joseph Washington, whose office is located on the Spacedock. Due to the treath of hostilities due to the activity of the Tholians in the area, the region has a strong Starfleet presence. The Starfleet Operations – Tholian Region is responsible for the Starfleet's operations in The Shoals as well as those of Task Force 105 and Task Force 88.[2][3]
