Betazed
A psionic attack at a pre-hearing of the “Tholta" Primary Reconciliation Building, Rixx, Betazed is carried out by a Maquis Reborn terrorist. Hayley Ukinix, acting as an Advocate for Vaxa Ral, is among one of the victims. The petition is delayed as a result of the attack. Keehani Ukinix, as a member of the Guardians of Betazed, is considered one of the suspects. Wil Ukinix and Roshanara Rahman investigate.
