The Par'tha Expanse is actually composed of two major sections, the Freeworlds Region and the Expanse Sector. The Expanse Sector is divided up into 8 Provinces, each ruled by a different noble house. Each house has control over the planets in their province.

- Oscion - this is the capital of the Expanse, and so remains neutral
