Despite not being a particularly capacious ship, The Arrow currently has a number of small craft attached to the ship intended to expand the mission roles the vessel can fulfill.
Short Range Shuttles
The Arrow carries two Type 8 shuttle, two Type 9's and a long range Type 11.
Both the Type 8 and Type 9 possesses limited amenities, and though furnished for two pilots and four passengers, can be crewed by a single person if necessary. The Type 9 has a slightly longer ranger and higher speed than Type 8 making the Type 8 more suited for operations closer to the mothership.
Additionally, the Arrow carries a single, unarmed Type 15-W shuttlecraft, called the Fairplay, which is a Type 15 shuttlepod retrofitted with warp four capability. This craft is primarily used for low-volume officer and crew transfers, and is currently inoperative.
