Biography
Satish "Ti" Janzar is the youngest of the three children of Perina and Kurox Satish and the only boy. His two older sisters, Tanisha and Midori, love their little brother to death, but also love telling embarrassing stories and teasing him, as sisters tend to do.
As a child, Satish loved taking things apart and exploring how they worked, although he couldn't always reassemble them again correctly. Often, he would create an entirely new item that did something completely different than what he had intended.
When it came time for him to decide what to do with his life, Satish chose to apply for the Engineering program at Starfleet Academy, because there was no where else that he would be able to work and fix top of the line equipment.
Known at the Academy for his "loving, not fighting" attitude, Satish sometimes had problems because he was so acquiescing, be it a request for a homework assignment or to do a favor. His kind but at times bumbling personality often made him a target for bullying, though Satish doesn't really notice when people are teasing or making fun of him.
It's still unclear how he managed to graduate the Academy, but he did, and was assigned to the USS Challenger as a general maintenance engineer.
