Act 1

Nimbuz Elleazar and Rustyy Hael were preparing to upgrade Starbase 118's computer systems, which would cause several outages. Korras, Haukea-Willow and Masha Snezhana were doing housecalls for those who had made objections. These ranged from a Ferengi bar in Dungeon's expecting his competitors from profiting from the outage, to civilians worried about needed medicine going bad.

Meanwhile, a freighter commanded by Russell Cross (Evan Ross' old captain) docked at the Starbase, having been forced to make a stop there due to engine issues. Unbeknownst to him, a group of stowaways, the Merry Misfits, had caused these issues, and three of them (Vanla Lorre, Kayden Ikker, and Amar) beamed themselves to the starbase, after sending a large collection of semi-intelligent Wonderbots into the Klingon district. These bots caused the Klingons to take up arms against them, as these resembled Tribbles.

Vanla Lorre had been contracted by Zara Saan, a member of the Orion Syndicate, to drop something into a computer terminal. It paid well, so that is what she did.

Act 2

Russell Cross has his ship investigated by Evan Ross, Gogigobo Fairhug and Vitor Tito, who find signs of sabotage. Meanwhile, the item the three misfits deposited in the computer turned out to be a sentient computer virus, which started wreaking havoc with the computer systems: The holographic day/night cycle turned off, plunging the commercial sector into darkness. This incensed the Klingons even more. Masha Snezhana, Korras and Haukea-willow came across one of the Misfits, Amar, who had panicked.

Amar led them back to Lorre and Ikker, who had been joined by Zara Saan. Haukea Willow took Ikker and Amar with her, away from the commotion. Masha Snezhana and Korras went with Zara Saan and Lorre, to figure out what they had done to the computer systems, as Amar had indicated they had done something.

In the confusion, Zara Saan managed to evade them. However, Madison Marsh and Karen Stendhal had been locked in a room by Lemoncable, and managed to taunt it to slow down its progress.

Act 3

Evan Ross and Solaris McLaren managed to isolate Lemoncable to only a handful of systems, while Marsh and Stendhal manage to escape from the room they had been locked into. Onboard Cross' ship, the rest of the misfits are found.

After some effort, the weather system in the commercial system is set to rain, to quench the fires started by several computer malfunctions. Calm eventually returns to the commercial sector.

Zara Saan's, Vanla Lorre, and Kayden Ikker's whereabouts are unknown. Lemoncable has been interrogated by Ross and McLaren, and locked away in the computer system. Amar moved in with Haukea-Willow. Russel Cross is given the all clear, as he was a victim in this as well. The other Misfits have been handed over to Child Services.
