- Ensign Zhaiyt Graves, a human female HCO officer onboard the Athena from SD 239212.21 to 239402.21. Currently assigned to a NPC Mission.
- (Lieutenant Junior Grade) Dr. Tsuki Kazeyama, a human male Science Analyst onboard the Doyle-A and later the Athena, from SD 239209.01 to 239409.13. Currently serving.. somewhee
