Roshanara Rahman/Veritas
Aboard the USS VeritasOn SD 239312.06, Roshanara assumed command of the USS Veritas. Her first task was to investigate the death of her predecessor, Captain Rosa Carrero, and an attack on the governor of Shadow's Edge and just what, if any, involvement did her former shipmate Evan Delano have with the incident as the man had gone undercover with the group thought to be responsible, the Reya-Laialara.  Captain Roshanara Rahman, aboard USS Veritas, 2395 During her tenure as captain of Veritas, Roshanara has had two first officers: Sky Blake and Mei'konda. After he joined the ship in a civilian capacity, Delano eventually returned to Starfleet to stay aboard Veritas as operations officer and second officer. Meanwhile, Roshanara's partner Tristam Core moved with her to the Shoals to work on improving infrastructure for the Colonial Coalition colonies as part of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. In 2395, while Roshanara and Mei'konda were away to attend the annual Starfleet Admiral's Banquet, the crew of the Veritas, under the command of acting captain Lt. Commander Delano, rescued Ensign Mei'konda and Lt. Commander Roshanara Rahman of the USS Mercury. The pair had been thrown into the future five years.
