Personal History

Cyrus was born to a simple family on betazed. However his life was not simple for long, at a young age his Parents were killed in an accident and Cyrus and Istvan went to live with there Uncle who was an undesrireable character to say the least. Leading the 2 boys astray they quickly became involved in petty crime which in time led to large scale crime. Eventually Cyrus and Istvan became involved in organised crime and as members of the underworld they began to attack the federation bases, first on there world and then on other worlds. Cyrus and his brother became somewhat of a thorn in the side of the federation. That was until Cyrus was captured by star fleet special forces. Imprisoned for the murder of starfleet personel along with other terrorist acts Cyrus was sentanced to a life imprisonment. once imprisoned there was a turning point in the life of Cyrus, Cyrus befriended for want of a better word a federation science offer, who although friendly with Cyrus was part of a group of federation scientists conducting experiments on Cyrus and other telepathic prisoners. The result was a hightening in the abilities of Cyrus and some of the other prisoners.

Cyrus reformation took time but never the less it occured. Eventually Cyrus was called to a meeting with senior starfleet officials and there a deal was struck, in return for a full pardon for the crimes commited against the federation, Cyrus must join Starfleet undergo starfleet training and then put his abilities to use to capture his brother and other members of what was now an anti federation Terror Sect.

With his brother imprisoned and Cyrus pardoned he was now free to join the Federation properly and so Cyrus turned to the one man who he had got to know. The same scientist that had carried out the experiments on Cyrus was now an Ambassador and Commanding officer of the Duronis II Embassy. Cyrus took up a post on the embassy as the chief engineering officer where he served until the distruction of the embassy at the hands of yet more Terrorists. Cyrus reached the rank of LT before this and with the embassy gone resigned his commission and began to wander the galaxy.

Taking up prize fighting Cyrus roamed from world to world competing against all manner of Alien races, often but not always with victory. After 2 years of fighting Cyrus' life took another journey. A chance encounter with an old friend. A friend who persuaded Cyrus to re-enter Starfleet.
