Personal History
Aeson Del was born in 2367 to Arynn (an artist) and Lyka (a Justice Advocate) Del in Katara City, Betazed. Aeson developed a keen interest in the world around him as a child and would often wander off and explore, with or without the permission of his parents. Aeson has a strong desire to see and experience new things, which eventually led to him joining up with a Private Security company when he came of age. His position with the security firm allowed him to travel the galaxy serving as a civilian Security Contractor and Personal Protection for ships, their cargo and VIPs. After several years with the Security Firm he found himself longing for the organization and professionalism that Starfleet could offer and applied to the Academy.

Arynn Zek Del Aeson's Father Arynn Del is an artist hailing from Medara, Betazed. His paintings and mixed media works have been recognized for their creative complexity and have garnered him a small, but dedicated following in the Betazed art scene. As a parent, he encouraged Aeson to view the world with a skeptical eye and to never hold back a question. A self-described pacifist, Arynn did not initially approve of Aeson's decision to join Starfleet but trusted in his son's judgment and made no attempts to interfere. |

Lyka Rinn Del Aeson's Mother Lyka Del is a Justice Advocate from Katara City, Betazed. Her work as a court-appointed representative for those who are accused of crimes was one of the many factors that influenced Aeson's Decision to become a Starfleet Officer. The stricter of the two parents, Lyka tried to impart the importance of discipline and decorum unto Aeson. Though she adamantly disagrees, Aeson often lovingly refers to her as his 'stereotypical over-bearing Betazoid mother'. She usually manages to get into contact with him at least once a month to ask why he hasn't gotten married and given her some beautiful grand-children yet. |

Mirkl Zanti Friend/Colleague Mirkl and Aeson met during their first mission on The Resolution. He was one of the others who experienced the traumatic vision of the death of the crew of USS Unity. Despite the admittedly grim circumstances of their meeting, Aeson and Meidra welcomed him in as the newest member of the recommissioned Resolution's rag-tag group of Ensigns. |
