Hanar Tuk is the civilian pilot of the USS Ronin-A in an alternate universe where the Federation lost the Dominion War.
Background
Hanar was a skilled pilot on his father's merchant ship, and when the war began, he offered his services to any ship still in the fight, following a vicious attack on the merchant ship, wiping out his entire family. Such as was fate, he ended up aboard the Ronin-A as a civilian pilot, as Starfleet was decimated of personnel. This suited him fine as he wanted revenge for the slaughter of people on his world and his father's ship.
