Tanandra visits Deep Space 17 on cargo runs from Andor, Vulcan and Earth. The vessel carried T'Plar and her daughter T'Pel from Andor to Deep Space 17 in early 2383. It then carried T'Pel to the Ithassa Region once more in 2385.
