• (Lieutenant Junior Grade) Dr. Tsuki Kazeyama, a human male Science Analyst onboard the Doyle-A and later the Athena, from SD 239209.01 to 239409.13. Currently serving in Starfleet Intelligence.
• Nadeshiko, a Soong-type android, a Science Analyst onboard the Doyle-A from SD239209.19 to 239210.21. Returned to Starfleet Command.
• (Lieutenant Commander) Director Chanastya Lisero - is a Tandaran female former Director of Intelligence for the Avalon Sector. Currently at-large. Served from SD 239207.01 to SD 239307.20.
• Lieutenant Commander Ceciri Ariadust is a Cygnetian female HCO Officer on long term medical LOA. Served onboard the Constitution-B, Doyle-A, Deep Space 285,and Athena from SD 239112.15 to SD 239308.12
• Ensign Peinyuong Loizuthi - is a Worene female Security officer who has served on Starbase 118 Ops from SD 239205.19 to 239208.20, and SD 239307.01 to 239603.07.
