	Background and Personality

Born to a well-placed family, Dion and Dax are the sons of a successful couple of diplomats. their parents are hardly famous, but are thought well on for their ability to settle issues in regards to personal grudges - as they often said, their own species had had similar issues. The boys were raised side-by-side and educated well, but early on it was clear they expected more out of the cool and intelligent Dion than the emotional and easily bored Dax.

Despite the parental favoritism the two brothers are extremely close, and Dion often struggles to forge close bonds with anyone else. He is very protective of his brother, to a point some of his superiors have concerns as to his ability to separate duty from family should the situation call for it.

Dion is a workaholic and rarely takes time off - and when he does, his brother is rarely far behind.
