  • Vitor Silveira:Childhood friend and “brother from other parents”. Vitor always thought of Silveira as his younger brother and always tried to keep an eye on him. As it turned out, it was Silveira who looked out for him in recent times. Tito wasn't pleased by Sil's recent action and traveled to Risa to confront him, they parted ways coldly.

  • Trovek Arys: They met when Tito and Arys joined the Juneau, during the same shore leave. Somehow they started talking, and although the initial meetings weren't that easy, he eventually opened up to her. Since he tried to take care of her in return they ended up as roommates. Tito see's her in the the same way as Sil - Like the sister he never had.

  • Taisa Ayala: Tito and Taisa met during a mission when they assisted Arys with an injured crewman. Tito eventually ran into her again and his attraction for her grew. They started developing feelings and even when she was transferred to Denali he couldn't just let go of her. When he had the chance, in the first shore leave he got, he visited her during the Invitational and they formally began their relationship.

Background

Vitor was born on 5 April 2362, in Lisbon, Earth. His parents were both Starfleet Officers from Portuguese ancestry. His mother never really cared about the family background, but on his father's side, the family tradition of Starfleet service was so embedded, that both Vitor's father and aunt entered the Academy to perpetuate that lineage. It was at Starfleet Academy that Vitor's parents met, and although they began their careers serving on different ships, they managed to maintain their relationship. They married two years before Vitor was born. For a brief period of time they were both stationed on Earth, but in 2365 they were assigned to the USS Bellerophon - Mary in Security, and José in Engineering. Only two years later the Bellerophon was part of the fleet that faced the Borg in Wolf 359. While José and Vitor managed to survive as they evacuated in an escape pod, but Mary was one of the many casualties that day.

Vitor has very few memories of those days, but to this day he can’t stand smoke or the smell of something burning. Now a widower with a small boy in his care, José was transferred to the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards and Vitor spent his time between Mars and his grandfather's home on Earth. Roberto Tito was close friends with his neighbor Jonas Silveira. Vitor often accompanied his grandfather to his farmhouse, where he first met Vitor Silveira. In spite of the age difference, the two boys became close friends, and Vitor took the role of an older brother. In the 2370’s, Vitor’s world was shaken again as his aunt joined the Maquis. The rift between her and the rest of the family was widening with every day until contact eventually broke off completely. To this day, she is listed as missing, although presumed dead. Worse was his father's transfer to the USS Venture, and his service in the Dominion War. The war had changed him, and even with continuous Counseling, José never recovered from the trauma. In 2379, an accident with a plasma venting system injured José seriously, and although the Doctors made all possible attempts, he didn't survive. It was never confirmed, but Vitor believes that there was no accident and that his father killed himself.

Now seventeen and living with an aging grandparent, Vitor at first made plans to enter a civilian University instead of Starfleet Academy. He had excellent grades in math and chemistry, and considered following those subjects. Before he could start his education, his grandfather's health deteriorated. Vitor eventually conceded to the old man's dying wish and entered Starfleet Academy in 2380. In a gesture of defiance, he had the word tradição (tradition) tattooed on his arm, with each letter on the rings of a chain that goes from his shoulder to his elbow. He also majored in Security instead of following Science as his grandfather expected. Vitor graduated in 2384, and his first assignment was the Renaissance-class USS Aries (NCC-45167) as Security Officer. The fact that most of the first year was spent on scientific surveys didn’t bother him, and it was usual for him to stick around the Science labs and give a hand when needed. In early 2386, his grandfather died. Vitor took a few months of leave to take care of things and then requested a transfer.

Without any remaining family, he wanted more action. He was assigned as Tactical officer on the Prometheus class USS Adelaide (NCC-81556). Assigned to patrol along the Klingon border, this posting had more than its share of incidents, fights, and problems. Between blood feuds, remnants of the Orion Syndicate and the usual power struggles, the old saying “being careful for what you wish for” was proven true. Although Tactical hadn't been his first choice, Vitor managed to prove himself a good officer, being promoted to Lieutenant Junior grade in 2387. In the aftermath of the Hobus explosion, the Adelaide was assigned to provide aid and assistance. When Vitor's away team on an escort mission was ambushed, only he and the First Officer survived, and the Adelaide had to fight their way out of the situation. Using the Multi vector attack, Vitor took command of the dorsal section and was instrumental in destroying a Romulan D'deridex. For his actions Vitor was promoted to Lieutenant, and with it he was assigned Chief of Security and Second Officer. With a new Captain, and now under a classified mission deep in what was once Romulan space, the Adelaide was ordered to destroy a Tal Shiar base, which was developing a Borg based weapon that could threaten the Federation. While the mission was a success, it was also costly, and although Vitor was promoted to Lieutenant Commander and offered the position of First Officer of the Adelaide, he chose not to stay on board and asked for a transfer.

Vitor was assigned as Chief Tactical Officer to the Intrepid class USS Stargazer (NCC-74655) as they were about to embark on their first mission. The Stargazer was to escort a Cardassian convoy, although in truth their mission was to serve as a decoy for a Cardassian terrorist group that was attacking both Federation and Cardassian targets. The mission ended up being more complicated than expected. There was an infiltrator already on board, and only the crew's quick action allowed them to survive. Vitor was injured severely as he followed the saboteur to keep him from escaping, and had to spend a few days in Sickbay.. It was there that he met Vetras, the Stargazer’s Cairn Operations officer. Vitor and Vetras “clicked” immediately. For the first time he fell in love. When the Stargazer was sent after the saboteur and terrorist group that they confronted on their first mission, Vetras was taken hostage by them. By then, she and Vitor were in a relationship, and he went down with the assault team to recover her. Although it came with heavy casualties and the destruction of the Stargazer in the ensuing battle, the assault on the terrorist base allowed Vitor to save Vetras.

After they had recovered, Vitor and Vetras were assigned to the USS Lexington (NCC-61832). Following Vitor’s suggestion, the Captain volunteered the Lexington for a mission behind Klingon lines. Following swift attacks and retreats, the Lexington managed to wreak havoc among the klingons and returned safely to Federation lines as the conflict unfolded. With his commendable service, Vitor became Lexington’s First Officer, and in early 2390 he and Vetras married. The young couple enjoyed their time together as the Lexington was in dry dock, repairing from battle damage for over four months . By the end of the year they discovered Vetras was pregnant and despite it being a high-risk pregnancy, she and Vitor stayed on board - a decision that he regrets to this day.

During a survey mission in the Betreka Nebula, Vetras sustained radiation poisoning while in labour, and both her and her unborn daughter died. Vitor, unable to cope with the loss, left the Lexington and took a leave of absence. He began to drink in an attempt to drown his pain, and started a self destructive path that involved bar fights and drug abuse. It was his friend Silveira who managed to help him get back to his feet and into Starfleet service. On his subsequent posting on the USS Columbia, Vitor met Doc Jo MacLaren with whom he became involved. They transferred together to the Apollo A, but their relationship eventually ended, as he was fearful of fully committing himself again. He left the Fleet trying to find another purpose in his life.

After some time to himself, Vitor rejoined Starfleet.

Current history

Tito arrived at the Junaeu during shore leave. His first contact's with the crew went as expected, except in regard with Counselor Arys. There appeared to be a rapport between them, but it didn't lasted.

The Pied Piper

Their diplomatic mission turned out well as they manage to conduct the peace process between the Caglan and the Zik, in spite of the tedious work that it was. Meanwhile Tito got closer to Arys as he found it easy to open up with her.

Now the Juneau is on patrol duty in the nebula DE-678912 - dubbed the Dirty Elbow Nebulae by the locals - after receiving a distress call from an old Cardassian listening post, claiming Nauscican pirates are targeting transport vessels in one of the most prominent trading routes in the Aavaro Wilds. The Captain helds up an improvised meeting with Commander Williams, Ensign Falt and Tito in the Clanhouse. There they began to be surprised by, according to Tito's words, Presences. The Captain was "visited" by her dead fiance and sister, Williams meets his girlfriend, Falt a long dead childhood friend. Tito is confronted with his long dead wife Vetras and daughter Paris, all grown up as if she was alive. It is a traumatic experience, but they begin to work together, trying to head for the bridge, in spite of the conflicting sensor readings. Before heading to the bridge he confront's Vetras and Paris taking a first step to finally bring some closure regarding their deaths. Back on the bridge they begin working to try and bring some solution to the hallucinations. They discover that micro subspace rifts are forming across the entire ships, possibly explaining the visions they’ve been experiencing. Tito suggests creating a metaphasic shield to put a stop to the rifts. Ensign Falt tracks down a bubble of ‘normal space’ travelling through the ship, it's Ensign Essa who claims he has come to help those who are in pain, by playing a Cagnal flute. It is latter revealed that an Cagnal artifact might be enhancing the problem and as Ensign Falt and Commander Williams head down to the JAG labs, a possible solution implies spreading out the music from the flute all trough the ship. As Tito stays on the bridge, Ensign Falt and Commander Williams discover that their visions are being caused by a small orb (only 10 centimetres across). Apparently it is a device that’s able to create a psychokinetic field that manipulates subspace just enough for the crew to experience hallucinations. With the Captain’s permission, they destroy the orb. With the orb having been destroyed and Essa’s music banishing the last remnants of the crew’s hallucinations, life aboard the ship slowly returns to normal.

Finally clearing the mission, with the Juneau docked in DS9, Tito is confronted by Sil's letters and quickly goes to Risa, where he faces him. He lashes him about his reckless actions and leaves after shunning him. On his way back he writes to Arys, but when he get's her reply he detours to Earth hoping he could reach her in time. He arrived at her grandfathers funeral and they had lunch a few days later. Back on the Juneau Tito and Arys go together to the Awards Ceremony. They join Commander T'Lea and later Ensign Sival before the ceremony starts. Arys is promoted and he is given several ribbons for his actions during the mission.

The Silent Monster

The Juneau is sent to survey the planet Anadasa, an M-class world inhabited by a pre-industrialized civilization. Just prior to entering the briefing the Tactical Department detects a crashed Borg ship deep within the planet’s ocean, and that is reported mid briefing by Lieutenant Kendrick. The Captain chooses to beam down two teams, one commanded by herself to search the city od Da'Al traces of a plasma-based energy source as well as traces of an element called Paralithium (a substance used as fuel for some ion-based propulsion systems). The other by Commander Qinn is sent to the Borg wreckage in the ocean. Commander T'Lea takes command of the Juneau as Tito stays at the Tactical station. It is after the away team are of ship that a structure on one of Anadasa’s moons is detected. Commander T’Lea orders the ship to set course for the moon to investigate and Tito offer himself to go on a small away team to investigate. Commander T'Lea acknowledges him, but it's her that leads the away team discovering a Cardassian outpost. Now with Lieutenant Stelek in command Tito find a Cardassian ship wreckage on a nearby planet in the system. Indobri gets results back about what's causing her to be sick and finds out she has Rodulan Fire Fever, and only an hour before she potentially becomes delirious or even unconscious. On board the Juneau they find lines of connection between both wreckage sites and the base on the moon as the wreckage starts to power up. Ensign Dekas informs the Juneau of his unfortunate condition. The ship has to consider the loss of the away team on the moon for the greater good. Lieutenant Stelek ultimately chooses to contact Qinn to get the anti-assimilation medicine to the moon before they set off a magnetic storm to block Borg signals. With all plans now in motion the Juneau emits a magnetic storm that does some power overloads. Tito's tactical station overloads and he is injured in his left arm. He manages to still assist as the away teams are beamed back to safety.

Recovering in Sickbay he applies for a transfer that is quickly accepted. He moves to Starbase 118, where he takes position as an Intelligence Officer.

First Encounters of the Squirrel Kind

Reporting to his new posting, Tito met Commander DeVeau, with whom he later had dinner. He went to sickbay for his check up and dived into work, meeting with Major Tatash who assigned him his first task. He was given a list of contacts who might have supplied Terra Prime with an old Romulan cloaking device. He also caught up with Arys and in one of his walks around the Station he met Ferri, a young Cardassian with a beautiful smile. They crossed paths again and her mysterious character drew further his attention.

Although still in shore leave he was called for a meeting by Commander DeVeau, Major Tatash and Lieutenant Blackwell would also be there, as they addressed the last mission and the threat of Terra Prime. A few days following that meeting Tito was called as all the senior staff to head to the Rahuba, as the ship was sent to survey an unusual phenomenon inside the Jenatris Cloud. Tito was assigned to assist Lieutenant Blackwell, as they were heading to the designated area, together with Arys. In his usual manner he made her uncomfortable, something that she would later report to the First Officer. When the Rahuba began the scans on the anomaly they ended up in a middle of a storm that engulfs the ship, shaking it until all systems drop and they appear to be motionless. When the crew slowly came trough there were a few damage to the ship, but worst of all some injuries. Tito joins Arys in searching for those more seriously hit and he assisted her, joined by another Doctor, in an emergency amputation in the cargo bay. After getting their patient safely back to Sickbay Tito joins Commander DeVeau in a more scientific work, working on finding their way back, as they had traveled in time and space. It is then that they are contacted by the Risu, a kind of Squirrel like people, living on a generational ship. Tito and Commander DeVeau beam over to their ship trying to assist with the disease the Risu was suffering. Their Healer, Se’vayan, agrees to a sharing of information, both regarding their medical problem and scans of the nearby space. Tito resents how the Healer addresses him (as Toti) and although he tried his best not to make something of it his lack of diplomatic (and or social) skills ends up with him being a bit aggressive with the Healer. For that reason Commander DeVeau dismisses him and after a brief passing trough Sickbay he ends up the mission on the Rahuba, as they finally make their way back.

Upon return Commander DeVeau call him to her office and delivers a deserved dress down, for the way he acted towards other. He proceeds to apologize to Arys, who although providing medical assistance, gave him a "cold shoulder" and three days of forced medical leave. Tito takes the mandatory Counseling session, but his gladly returned to work when he meets Commodore Taybrim for a meeting over Terra Prime. Tito also requested assistance from Crewman Sh’shelor and Lieutenant Aristren, for a surveillance mission with the intent to confirm if a former Romulan Admiral was, as the reports stated, onboard the station.

Meanwhile during the award ceremony he made his impression on the Commodore again, and tried to mend things with Arys, which proved a bit of surprising when she told him of the recent changes in her life.

Return of Terra Prime

They are called back into action when a new threat from Terra Prime is revealed. Following reports over the acquisition from the movement of a high-yield tri-cobalt warhead, and their demand over the system of Ivulos, Tito is tasked to work with Commander DeVeau and Lieutenant Sherlock on a surveillance net to try and scan for the warhead. They finished it quickly when a distress signal from a civilian ship, the SS Belladonna. There is a bomb on board and it might be the warhead from Terra Prime. Also the ship can't drop from warp 3, and its course is set to Betazed. Now working on the Bridge with Lieutenant Aristren they assisted the away teams as best as they could while finding out the possible saboteurs. Tito ends up his contribution on the mission by suggesting a transwarp beam out for the warhead, which is safely detonated.

Now on shore leave Tito begins some of the task he was ordered to by Commander DeVeau. Offering support in Sickbay, mandatory Counseling, but still has some time to meet up casually with Doctor Ayala. Also to finally meet Geleth, Arys niece, when he is invited by Arys to a dinner, in their new home.

Sanctuary

Their next mission started in the form of a working shore leave. In a PR move the crew from Ops are tasked to take the Narendra and escort the SS Belladonna to Bajor, which is celebrating the 11th anniversary of Bajor joining the Federation. Tito joins Ensign Renot, Ambassador Zorkal and Geleth in a visit of the newly erected Unity Temple, taking the time to socialize a bit more as suggested in Counseling. He joined Renot in the following Gala held in Akoram Memorial Hall. The next day the crew is gathered by Lt. Cmdr DeVeau into a briefing, where she explains the circumstances surrounding Craat's disease and the Pachitrod, and that she has offered Starfleet's help in the matter. She divides the crew into four teams. Tito, Commander Foster and Ensign Sill-con are sent to protect a herd of Pachitrods. Tito offered to pilot the shuttle but his atmospheric piloting skills left much to be desired. Their flight wasn’t exactly smooth sailing, especially after their encounter with an unknown vessel. The weather conditions, more likely made worse by said vessel, had them crashing down the surface, close to the location of the Pachitrod’s herd. There weren’t any serious injuries among them, and they managed to survive a Pachitrod stampede, and a quick encounter with the local Predators, the Azuminga. They were eventually rescued when Lieutenant Trovek located them, confronting the support vessel they encountered, that was revealed to be supporting the poachers.

With the mission over, Tito started shore leave with a get together between him, Arys, Foster and Blackwell, that ended with them trying some curling. He was also lured by DeVeau into a karaoke session with Sherlock and Sera.

However before they left Bajor there was another situation he was confronted with. Geleth and Ferri had been taken. Teaming up with Lukin and Zumagi, with Aristren helping them they confronted the kidnappers only to have it revealed they were members of Arys brother, Aaron, cult. Tito ended up killing Aaron in self defense, something that put a weight on his conscience.

Upon return to Starbase 118 Tito joined Arys, Zumagi, and Blackwell for a First Aid refreshment course, helping Ferri with planning a Christmas dinner before returning to work.

He was requested to join the Commodore and Lieutenant Sera, as they had been contacted by Vintam Dalreth. He had proposed a meeting on Sannin VII, and as they went there they gained information regarding Miranda VII, and their upcoming confrontation with Terra Prime. During the award ceremony Tito was promoted to full Lieutenant, but before they could face Terra Prime they had a diplomatic challenge to face.

The Time Traveller's Wife

With Romulan negotiations on the horizon, it was an unspoken truth that everything would happen at the worst timing. The Commodore was on medical leave, as the negotiations were speeded up, forcing Commander DeVeau to be the Acting CO. Tito was teamed with Commander McLaren, Lieutenant Renot and Lieutenant Sera, and tasked to provide support and specifically search for weapons. As events unfold Lieutenant Sera was reassigned and Lieutenant Blackwell took her place. Eventually the four of them were able to track down some explosives and disable them. Tito began to consider a change, as he worked on data analysis from the bombs Egil and Blackwell disarmed.

With the down time he finally picked up the courage to tell Arys it was him who killed Aaron. Her reaction was, understandably not the best. On the other hand he started to connect with Aristren more personally. However, the time for action was coming.

The Siege of Terra Prime

Reporting to the Narendra bridge, Tito took up position as Tactical officer. The Commodore was implementing an operation to put an end on the Terra Prime threat, once and for all. The Narendra would be one of the pieces to support the approach on Miranda VII, and would likely be the fighting force against the Terra Prime fleet. They came across a shuttle, with some friendlies, recognized by Aristren, who had been undercover before their deployment. But contact with the enemy soon followed and they fought against the Terra Prime ships until it all unfolded in a subtle change of command onboard their Capital ship.

Upon their return Tito followed on with the proper transfer from Intel to Science, made official in the next Awards ceremony. He also caught up with Arys. She was injured during the mission, but unknown to him she was also scheduled for brain surgery, due to a condition that would have likely affected her brother as well. Another reencounter was with Taisa, whom he invited for dinner at his apartment. There they agreed to take things slowly as they figured out their relationship.

Taking the Narendra to the Flower Festival on Sannin VII, Tito was looking for a flower to give to Arys when he met the newly assigned Doctor Madisson Marsh and Aristren. They helped him pick the perfect gift, and Tito reconnected with Aristren and Egil during the ceremony. The next day they would be joining the briefing for their next mission.

Body and Soul

Tito joined the other officers in the Narendra’s briefing room. Nestira headed the briefing and there they learned they would be offering aid to the Cardassians in solving a medical problem that affected Cardassian hybrids. Tito was teamed up with McLaren, Egil and the new Doctor Marsh. They were to act as a support team. As they headed to the turbolift they discussed briefly the compound, Xenozym-17, and their effects. However they had to split the team again as Mclaren and Marsh went ahead to meet the new XO. Keeping up with the original plan Tito and Egil joined researcher Eskat Gil. When they were setting up a research line, over the construction materials, Tito began to feel strange, and eventually found himself in a different place. Not only that but he found himself in another body. Somehow Tito had swapped bodies with Lieutenant Garev and he was now with Commodore Taybrim and Nestira. Who had also changed bodies. Nestira, posing as Sal, hailed the other teams, each group began to work on solving their predicament. Arys met with Tito, while Nestira and Sal adjusted their minds to the body swap. She wasn’t affected by the body swap and in their encounter Tito, Sal and Aristren would begin to search for the cause of their predicament, as Tito began to have memories from Lieutenant Garev’s past. Scanning for unknown devices being used by any of the Cardassian staff they came across a lab where they found the Cardassian Researcher that Tito met earlier. Eskat Gil. She is working on a strange device that is emitting strange readings. But before they manage to really work on it again something happens. A new body swap occurs as Tito’s mind now brings up different memories, specifically of his brothers. Being an only child he knew it wasn’t his but instead Commodore’s Taybrim siblings. Now on the Commodore’s body Tito struggled slightly to keep his posture, trying to avoid Researcher Gil from figuring out what was going on. Unsuccessfully though. Still with the help from the Narendra crew, who had returned to hailing distance, they manage to, with the help of McLaren and the newly arrived Ensign Ross, find a solution to revert the situation and return to their own bodies. As they begin to clear up, Tito is among the group to beam back, learning that the mission, in spite of their swapping incident, was successful.

Back at the Station Tito began preparations for a surprise visit to Denali. There he would connect again with Taisa as they further deepen their relationship. When he returned he connected with Egil and got closer with Doctor Zumagi. And at the ceremony he formally met Commander Fairhug and Ensign Korras.

Merry Little Con

With shore leave finished Tito was about to set himself in his new office when Commander Fairhug called for him. Joining the Commander, and McLaren and Ensign Ross in the Docking Bay he was curious as to the reason behind this informal gathering. Following a hunch Commander Fairhug had requested them so they could help a freighter that had docking suffering a plasma vent. With the freighters Captain Tito and Ross went inside and eventually found the plasma leak, however there had been developments and after reuniting with McLaren and Fairhug. Facing accusations of trafficking, the freighter Captain Ross collaborated and they went back in, eventually finding a little Saurian child. In keeping up with their investigation Tito and Ross investigated further, coming across some of the cargo that, as they learned after, had been let loose on the Station. Being recalled after an explosion in the Commercial Sector, Tito, Cross and Fairhug went directly there in search for Commodore Taybrim. Upon arrival they found a civilian injured near the computer tower. A quick search made them suspect of his intentions and when Ensign Korras joined them, with one of the supposed victims of Captain Ross, things became a little clearer.

When finally things were solved Tito noticed a message from Sil. Upon reading it he set up a surprise visit, calling on Thera and their son Jonathan to join him. He mistook the shore leave destiny of Sil and they only spent a few hours together. When he returned a fortuitous encounter with Sal made them get a bit closer. He made a call to Taisa and finished his shore leave with a medical check up, also a reason to catch up with Maddison. During the awards ceremony he met Lieutenant Stendahl, promising to schedule an appointment at a later date that unfortunately wouldn’t happen due to her transfer.

War and Peace

Their next mission was a diplomatic one, but thankfully Tito was lucky in having the chance to survey the comet as the peace talks went on. McLaren had the Bridge as Tito tried the Science station of the Narendra for the first time since his move. Regrettably things turned sour when Marsh, in shuttle Apollo, sent in a request for help. They were carrying one of the envoys and McLaren soon diverted the Narendra’s course to render aid, thus stopping the comet survey. They engaged with the ship attacking the shuttle but couldn’t avoid its destruction and the kidnapping of its passengers. Sent by McLaren to dig deeper on the strange reading they were receiving from the comet Tito left the bridge and joined Commander Hael in sorting it out. With Commander Dal joining them they set on to investigate the artificial signal in the Comet. After confirming it was an constructed structure they set up on a visit with Ensign Kreshkova at the shuttle helm. There they found a structure that was housing the powerful weapon that they detected on the Narendra. After making their way inside, avoiding the self defenses and finally tracing the origin of the weapons power, the team managed to improvise a robot to reach the weapons controls, as it was placed in a highly radiated area.

With the weapon disarmed Tito still took the time to visit the comet. Recruiting Ensign Kreshkova to pilot a little shuttle they managed to get soem readings and scans of the structure. However since they were nearly killed by a trap door defense mechanism Tito thought it beter to call it a day and signal the ruins and the comet as dangerous. He met new arrival Ensign Sh’shiqil and got the help of Marsh in finalizing his study of the comet's orbit. In between he managed to visit Earth and spent some days with Taisa in Rome where they got even closer and their relationship stepped into the next level. Returning to enjoy the end of shore leave and the award ceremony on Bardeez, Tito met Brennan and socialized with some of his crewmates, like Fairhug, Wethern and Kreshkova.

Little Biome of Horrors

After getting more acquainted with his new position and office, Tito was the last to arrive at the next mission briefing. The crew was going to Miri IV-A, a moon of the planet Miri IV, after receiving a call for help from the local administration. Apparently they were struggling with a botanical emergency, that was disturbing the environment and causing irrational behavior amongst the population. Although not a Federation member, they would take the Narendra and render aid. Tito would be leading Marsh and Wethern, with the objective of analyzing the plant and its effects on the ecosystem of Miri IV-A, as well as its effects on the unfortunate colonists who have seemingly somehow ingested it. They were also to meet with Doctor Rodrega, the colony head botanist. While on route Tito, Marsh and Wethern set up everything they might need for research and study, as well as a portable minilab that would help in their work. The meeting with Doctor Rodrega was quite confrontational. Not being able to have his assistance Tito chose to back down and eventually the team ended up working by themselves. After a close encounter with one of the “troublesome plants” research and testings, they managed to get all the needed data, that supported with the other teams the best conclusion for their mission. Marsh and Wethern were also able to synthesize a component to help those infected, which was tested on Tito.

As they were returning to Ops a sudden message for a meeting caught them by surprise and Tito encountered Ross as they both went up to see what was happening.
