Ambitious and adventuresome, Trisha Wadi was one of the first Starfleet personnel to volunteer for the Klingon exchange program, and the only female officer accepted. During her time aboard the Klingon vessel she fell in love with the culture's warrior spirit and has been a great enthusiast of all things Klingon ever since. She has invested a great deal of time studying Klingon tactics and combat techniques, and is an expert in the use of the bat'leth.

Oddly, this confident, tough individual harbors an intense fear of insects and arachnids. She becomes distinctly uncomfortable around anything resembling such creatures, including aliens. She often finds it difficult to control her initial response in such situations, although she is capable of controlling her fear if given time to prepare.

While trained in security in general, Trisha's specialty is in demolitions. She is experienced in multiple kinds of explosives, from the Federation and all the major powers. She is just as able to create an explosive device as to disarm one. She has training in architecture and other structural designs, including space frames.

Personality & Appearance

Trisha Wadi is roughly 175 cm tall and 64 kg. She is of African descent, and wears her hair in hundreds of tight braids, falling down just past her shoulders. Despite her fascination with Klingons, Wadi is a calm, focused individual with a warm demeanor. She makes it her personal business to help solve the problems of fellow crewmembers. She is often the first to help organize events aboard the ship, and loves parties and social occasions (although her Rokeg blood pie is seldom popular at the buffet).

Idiosyncrasies

Wadi decorates her quarters with Klingon objects of all kinds. In addition she has a good singing voice and has attempted Klingon Opera on several occasions. While reviews have been mixed, she continues practicing.
