A Comet is bearing down on the civilization of Uiliv-5, but is all as it appears?
Plot Summary
Part 1
The crew of the Juneau, on their first mission, have just discovered a Comet emitting Eichner radiation on a collision course with a primitive society. Captain Oddas ordered the crew to make plans for further investigation. As the ship approaches the comet, the crew splits into teams to find ways to protect ship and life from the dangerous radiation, as well as devising potential reasons for its presence.
