Service ribbons should only be displayed on the specific character that received the service ribbon. Unlike awards and badges, which are for out-of-character accomplishments and thus shared among all characters of a simmer/writer, service ribbons are tied to the in-character accomplishments of that particular character. There are five categories of service ribbons:
Multiple Citations PolicyAny service ribbon may be awarded multiple times.
