	Friends & Family

Doctor Morrow is Jack's estranged father and a Doctor of Archeological Medicine. They haven't been in contact in years; a falling out happened when Jack became a lawyer instead of getting into the family business. You see, the entire family, Jack's Dad, Mother, and three siblings are all Doctors. The entire family line is doctors. Jack is the black sheep of the family. It's because of this he and his father don't talk. Doctor Morrow is currently working on a dig in the Gamma Quadrant.

Jack's mom and confidant. Amara Morrow is the Chief Of Thoracic Surgery at the Vulcan Medical Insitute, one of the few non-Vulcan doctors in leadership positions. She is regarded as one of, if not the best, Thoracic surgeons in the quadrant.

	Games & Hobbies

Games

• Baccarat: He has high skill in this game and has won his fair share of tournaments.
  • Punto banco: A variation of Baccarat that Jack is still learning
  • Poker: All its forms, and bring the Latinum.
• Tongo: More of a hobby right now.
• Dom Jot: Only plays when Latinum is involved.
  • Pool: He plays in his spare time and has a Holodeck program.
• Golf: While he's not very good at it, he loves to play. He played a lot when he was stationed in San Fransisco and was pretty good, but since moving to Deep Space 33 and then to the Ronin, he hasn't had much time. Jack does have a holo-program of TPC Sawgrass. Seriously, find a lawyer who doesn't golf.
  • Clubs: He's got a set of clubs from the early 2200s.

Hobbies

• Fishing: He picked it up shortly after moving to Earth. He's not very good at it, but he enjoys it.
• Home Brewing: He learned the ancient Earth skill of brewing beer at home. He has several different beers he's brewed over the years. He used one of the cargo bays on Deep Space 33 and grew his hops hydroponically. Since the move to the USS Ronin, he hadn't been able to set up his rig and growing station, as he hadn't told the Captain about it yet.
  • Grand Admiral Pale Ale: This was the first beer he ever brewed and, to this day, is his favorite.
  • Warp Speed IPA: His first attempt and an India Pale ale, didn't turn out as planned.
  • Blacked Out: This is a rich porter than had been aged in a whiskey barrel. He has a six-pack on hand, he was trying to save it for a special occasion.
• Collects Books: Mostly crime novels of Earth and ancient legal books. The prize of his collection is a book of law from Andoria right around the time they joined the Federation. Most of these can be seen in his office or a small shelf in his quarters.
  • Comics: He's collected several antique comics from Earth's 20th and 21st centuries.
• Bourbon: He has quite the collection of Bourbons from around the galaxy. He has a couple rare bottles behind the bar in the 47 lounge, a Andorian Bourbon from the early 2200's, and a bottle of Pappy VanWinkle from the 2000's.

	Personality

• Quarters: Lived in, if slightly messy. Only a few personal effects, minimalistic.
• Office: A lot like his quarters, but a lot of legal padds and research.
• Mannerisms: He tends to pace often, usually with his hands behind his back. He tends to talk with his hands a lot.
• Likes: Animals, the snow in Whitefish, Montana, people (to an extent), a good single barrel, the law, sarcasm.
• Dislikes: Bullys, Lawbreakers, well-done steak (he thinks there should be a law against such things), low rent bourbon, Susan Sontag, long goodbyes.
• Temperament: He's fierce in the courtroom for sure; outside it, he's wound a bit tight. Though he's pretty easy to get along with once you get to know him, he sometimes seems aloof. He is thinking several steps ahead, making him seem flighty at times. Morrow tends to get lost in his head at times. But beware of the bad side; it's over once you've crossed him..
• Physical Limitations: He tore his right ACL at the Academy, which tends to act up in the cold. Jack lost his left leg fighting the Consortium when a Spider bot thrust one of its legs through his; sadly, Doctor Quentin Beck could not save the limb. Jack would go on and get a prosthetic leg thanks to the doctor of the USS Khitomer: Doctor Talia Ohnari. He uses a teak wood cane with a dire wolf head in silver to get around; it's mostly for his peace of mind, though the limb is operating within normal parameters.
• Strengths: He can be loyal to a fault, both a strength and a weakness. His focus is laser-like, especially when it comes to his clients. He's a fierce fighter in and out of the courtroom.
• Weaknesses: His loyalty.

	Fun Facts & Triva

• He enjoys horseback riding and hopes to have his own horse one day.
• The USS Ronin is his first posting to a starship.
• It's been several years since he returned to his home world.
• Not much of a wine guy.
• Thinking about taking up golf. When he worked at JAG HQ, a buddy of his took him out a couple of times, he just hasn't had the time to practice, though he does have a holo-program that's TPC Saw Grass.
• Meditates; he knows several different Vulcan techniques.
• Has a thing for Earth breakfast foods and will eat it any time of the day.
• Coffee drinker: Usually French Roast, Strong, with Cream and Sugar. He, of course, has to tolerate the replicator most of the time, but he does have some real beans in his quarters, which he saves for a special occasion.

	Goals & Ambitions

Goals

• To be the best lawyer in the quadrant. (In progress)
• To Lead the Criminal division at Starfleet JAG Headquarters
• To be a little less hot-headed at times.

Ambitions

• Being less of an introvert: Jack tends to stick to himself with his books and quarters and is pretty happy. But even he realized he needed to get out and touch the metaphorical grass. He stepped past his comfort zone while on leave at Deep Space Nine when he met the USS Khitomer's Chief Medical Officer Talia Ohnari; she replaced Jack's missing left leg. They would go on to have dinner and drinks at the Aces High Club on the Promenade of Deep Space Nine.
• Emotions: He tends to be intense, and it's gotten him in trouble. He tends to be a bit of a hothead. His section commander, the Vulcan Taval, has given him a meditation routine that he uses nightly before rack time.
