Biography

---

Originally born in Venice, Italy, Dante’s father (Adamo Termine) is a renown opera tenor. His inter-stellar fame meant a life touring the stars for young Dante. Never in one place for too long, Dante struggled to find friends and have stable relationships for most of his younger life. He was schooled in science and math by a data pad, but he learned his lessons in humanity from watching dramas and comedies played upon the stage. However, the only place he seemed to find true comfort was at the large receptions his father was often invited to. There, amongst a sea of socialites and aristocrats, Dante would always find children his own age that he could befriend, even if it was for the briefest moment. It was also during these parties that Dante first encountered Starfleet officers. He was captivated immediately by their gorgeous uniforms, and permanently by their stories of travelling the stars, spreading peace and good relations wherever they went. It was from that moment on that Dante vowed that he would be just like them, using his talents of speachcraft for peace and, hopefully, finding a home and family in his career that he could never find in his youth.

In the academy Dante was a good student, sociable and at the head of a few student social organizations, His peers often remarked that, although highly amicable and social, he tended to be quite private about personal matters.

He graduated Starfleet Academy on stardate 239503.07

Dante was originally posted as the COMS officer board the USS Atlantis, and assisted in it's reconstruction. He was then posted to the USS Apollo, where he served as the HCO.

He then left this posting for almost a year to join his father, Adamo Termine, in a diplomatic tour with the Starfleet Music Corps where he performed as an opera singer to dignitaries on newly contacted worlds and other cultural events. W

hen this tour finished Dante applied successfully to the Diplomatic corps where he was re-posted to the Starbase 118 ops division. After proving himself in a number of smaller engagements Dante was promoted to head of the division, above some more of his senior staff, although his ambition earned him the support and respect among his new division.

Currently Dante plans on expanding the Diplomatic corps, and using new training and information to remodle the way the division fundamentally operates, putting diplomats in active forward positions.
