Deputy Minister of Justice
Edgar Brice is a 47 year old teacher is from the human, colony of Europa. He stands about 6'1" and weights about 160 lbs. He has short sandy hair shot through with gray. His blue eyes are steady. He can be very forceful and tends to speak his mind.
Europa Ruling Council
The human colony of Europa has 2 councilors who handle the day to day concerns of the colony. They are Ashley Tinsdale and Mohab Novian. Ashley is a 27 year old nurse with long blonde hair, 5'9", about 130 lbs with greenish blue eyes and a bubbly personality. She is hard working, smart and driven. She is the glue that keeps the council on course. Mohab is completely different. He is usually quiet, argumentative when he does speak, crude, rude and not happy unless his hands are dirty. He is a 42 year old engineer with a dark tan complextion, brown eyes and unkempt black beard. He is bald and wears stained work clothes usually.

Peria Miash is a 35 year old doctor from the Denobulan colony, community of Drubin. She stands about 5'8" and weights about 130 lbs. She is cheerful, with a bright smile and active eyes. She loves to chat but her obvious intelligence is always active. She is a master of the quizical comment that seems to accidently bring out more info than others wanted to reveal.
Presider
The entire colony is governed by an elected offical called the Presider. In this case the current presider is Tovi Poliar a 57 year old man of average height 5'9" and weight 175 lbs. He is a hard working, dedicated servant of the people. His entire staff has been hand picked and work out of the Presidium the offical government building in the capitol city of Drubin.

Gorin Bith is a 39 year old architect who comes from the Bolian colony, community of Bomar. He is about 5'10" and weights about 180 lbs. He is jovial, friendly, with a sharp wit and active mind. He tends to be more persuasive in his approach to dealing with his others.

Terin Wart is a 54 year old ex-freighter captain from the Tellarite colony, community of Swin'hoggs. He is 5'9" and weights 212 lbs with an abrasive temper, abusive manner and loud opinions. As loud and unstable as he may act, Wart is in reality a cunning and effective politician.

Urgit Purrin is a 49 year old warrior who has retired from Starfleet. He is from the Caitian colony, community of Ssar'venaa. He was a marine. He is 6'1" and weights about 190 lbs. His tan fur is striped with black and dark brown markings. His tail seems to be constantly in motion while he can sit for what seems hours just staring. He watches and listens, considering all angles before he acts or speaks.
Deltans
Deputy Minister of Planetary Development
Dara Alphro is a 38 year old administator from the Deltan colony, community of Eros. She is 5'10" and weights about 135 lbs. She tends to be very quiet but when she does speak it is in an authorative manner matched only by her eloquince. She keeps most of the others at arms length but is all for a co-operative solution to their problems.
Andorian
Deputy Minister of Culture and Race Relations
Thimi Shen Tovir is a 41 year old scientist/clan leader from the Andorian colony, community of Ando. She is tall, 6' and about 160 lbs. She has long waist length white braided hair, wears traditional Andorian robes and is a fierce driven woman. Even thou the Andorian colony tends to be isolationists they recognize the need to be active within the newly reformed world government.
