	Background

Heinrich was born on the November 11, 2377, in the city of Innsbruck, in the Earth. He has spent most of his childhood in the mountainous landscape surrounding his birthplace, leaning German as his native language. In his early life, he would often take hikes in the wildlife, along his younger brother Hans, whom he had formed a strong bond that still stands to this day. During this time Heinrich also developed a love for exploration, driving his thoughts towards the Starfleet career. During his time at the Academy, he wasn't trying to achieve the greatest grades, but would be helpful to other cadets. Around a year before graduation, Heinrich witnessed a fellow cadet who fell to his death right in front of him. He has convinced that it was his fault, and is not open to talking about said accident.
