Personal History
First Scientist Ergaholz was assigned - without the consent or knowledge of the vessels Captain - to the SCV Ascended Codex before it was dispatched to Theta 122. In The Ultimatum (Arrow) he was tasked with a somewhat secret mission. The science officer effectively sabotaged the ship and ordered it to fire an energy beam onto the planet, again without the consent of its commanding officer.
After a confrontation with Captain Grettze, the Sheliak scientist left the ship via a shuttle and made a rendezvous with the USS Arrow, to speak to Captain Shayne personally about an internal Sheliak matter.
