History

Toby was brought up in the large city of Laconia, Marathon by his mother and elder sister. His father had fought in the Battle of Wolf 359 and was lost when the ship was destroyed on the USS Bellerophon.

He was reared by his mother until the age of seven then given over to the elders of the city to commence training for military service enduring harsh physical discipline, courage and loyalty, learning to survive in the harshest of conditions. Due to his mother's work in Xenobiology, Toby moved with his family to the Vega Colony, Vega IX at the age of eighteen. Mila joined Starfleet in the Medical profession. Surrounded by Starfleet Officers on Vega, it was inevitable that he would join up.

He loves many of the pursuits from his childhood including running, swimming and athletics. A favoured past time is spent training on the holodeck to the principles he was brought up with. He is very headstrong, taking the initiative and making momentary decisions. He respects those who in command but will speak his mind and will not shy away from a contest to his honour. He thrives on challenge. He is curt and can come across as rude or disinterested, but he has toned this down since living among other humans.
