Doz Finch is currently a member of the Maquis, serving aboard the Skarbek. Raised half on Earth, and half on a Martian settlement, Doz spent the first part of her life as the life and soul of every party; however, her life changed forever when she was accused a crime she didn't commit, and sentenced to thirty years at the ruthless penal colony of Vrekil, under the abhorrent and militaristic gaze of prison warden Gepe Grasa.

Personal History
Trailed away to the nightmarish penal colony of Vrekil, to serve a thirty year sentence for a crime she didn’t commit, the story picks up some months after her release, where through a chance encounter she has wound up as a member of the Skarbek Maquis. Resourceful, distrusting and generally unsympathetic, her prison experience completely changed her.
Murve Norström, a man she once knew as Murphy, promised that upon her release, he would find her and kill her for what he believes she did. Unbeknownst to the crew of the Skarbek, not only is she an ex-convict, but is also being hunted down.
