Lieutenant JG Pouge Romey is a Medical officer under the command of Commander Tallis Rhul aboard the USS Ronin. He is also the friend of Jacob Cobalt, Jack Hardy and Alixis "Lix" Ozera before they went missing on stardate 238809.13.
Pouge is currently pulling double shifts due to the lack of Counsellor's on the Ronin, which might as well makes him as the Medical/Counselling officer.

Personality
Always nice, although he tends to get on peoples nurves now and then due to always understanding how they feel. He is a very friendly person, and never lies unless he has to.
Pouge is very skilled in helping people deal with their problems due to serving on the Zmey, which is constantly attacked by the Borg for some unknown reason. On that ship, it's kill or be killed. Everyone is open with their issues and don't lie to each other. This is what Pouge believes in, and this is what he wants others to believe in.
Pouge has been in StarFleet service for longer than his friends, and does know a lot of what's out there. He's considered the wise one of the group.
He is very happy when he is hanging out with his "group".
Although he refrains from using any telepathy, Pouge is openly empathic. The feelings of those around him effect him as well, and when he feels something bad, he tries to help as much as he can. He has also been known to feel pain of another persons injury - how is a very good question.

History
Pouge was originally meant to be a Marine Medic, until he had a change of heart and joined StarFleet Medical. He has been in service with StarFleet longer than his friends, and is considered the "wise guy" of the group.
Pouge was apart of Team Cobalt in a game of Hunter, a team which placed second in the finals second to only Team Blake.
When Pouge met Sky Blake, he did nothing but help her try to keep her telepathy in check, even though he couldn't himself. He was also apart of the "rescue team" that saved her Hunter team from being crushed by a gigant boulder.
