When naming the pages, we should the full/complete title for sims when they get put on the wiki just like when you post them to your ship. This is really important because other members may use the same title for one of their sims. | |||

Moved medical record
Hi there! I moved your character's medical record to her medical record page rather than the misnamed template page. subst actually is the substitution command for the wiki to replace a page's contents with whatever after the subst: so in the case of the medical record, it would put the medical record template into your character's medical record page.
