Cirne Spaceworks is a manufacturer of small craft, such as shuttles and starfighters, primarily of a military nature. Approximately half of Cirne's designs are merely modifications and upgrades to previously existing craft. After years of producing craft for the Valcarian Republic, Cirne quickly became loyal to the Valcarian Empire.

Shortly after the end of the Vodran War, Ard'is Fleet Systems lured away the design team that produced the Kovian-class shuttle. Cirne remained closely linked to Ard'is after this, producing the Dreevar-class shuttle and several Dreevar derivatives under contract and a number of original designs in cooperation.
