Nukir Romnitrov is the current chief of staff to Governor Carolyn Blackhurst of the Federation colony Antor II, the capitol of the Colonial Coalition.
A 42-year-old Antaran/Human male of Russian ancestry with a wife and young daughter who have gone missing since the first earthquakes. He is a reserved personality and tends to be very thoughtful before making decisions. He comes from a Russian military family, but is kind of a coward.
