The Command Towers on StarBase 118 are a complex of buildings and spires found at the top of the base structure. A number of civilian and StarFleet agencies have their offices here. The Operations Command Center, known to many simply as Ops, can be seen in the Command Section as well, and is where the section gets its name. This twelve-deck area is shaped like a round tablet, and functions as the main nerve center of the starbase.

Executive Tower
The Executive Tower is the location of the administrative offices for the small number of top brass who call StarBase 118 their home of operations. These include FltAdml. Tristan Wolf, and Adml. Luke Reider, among others.
The tower's main "levels" are located in an enlarged bulb, approximately 18 decks high, as the lower spire serves merely as support structure, escape staircases, and the turbolift shaft.
