Gnaxac is an ambitious young Ferengi, but instead of acquiring wealth (which he has in abundance) he wishes to acquire deeds. He applies the Rules of Acquisition to his actions, not his finances. He is fiercely devoted to Starfleet, and is a wunderkind of Engineering, thanks to his father's tech company.

Biography

Gnaxac was born on Earth whilst his parents were on holiday there, but was swiftly brought back to Ferenginar where he grew up practically in the lap of luxury, even by Ferengi standards. Praza, his father, is an incredibly wealthy tech merchant who spoiled Gnaxac as his first born. Wanting to rebel against this upbringing, Gnaxac loved hearing about the daring deeds of Starfleet officers, and secretly applied to join the Academy. With the death of his parents, Gnaxac left Ferenginar and his siblings (to whom he left some of the family latinum) and headed to Earth's Stafleet Academy. After sailing through the technical aspects of the Academy and graduating, Gnaxac was appointed to the Gorkon.

Rogue World - 239909.27 - 239911.27

Gnaxac rearrive on the Gorkon in the midst of a mission, and, after reporting to Reynolds, was promptly blown up and sent back in time to the Gorkon's tumulteous past. It was only through the use of a improptu time-sync serum and a bag of fresh tube grubs that they were able to get back to the present.

Shore Leave - 239911.30 - 240002.06

Gnaxac spent some time in Engineering getting to know his colleagues Doz Finch and Vylaa zh'Tisav. He also spent some time in the holodeck with Orson Marshall and Alieth trying out a new horror-programme based in an Earth carnival.

Mission - Fight the Power - 240002.06 - 240006.05

Gnaxac was known as Doodle aboard the Skarbek and he was their code-breaking engineer. He tries not to think about it.

Shore Leave - Bajor - 240006.07 - 240007.07

Having woken up from the Skarbek nightmare, Gnaxac headed to Sickbay to meet Bryce Tagren-Quinn for realsies, and they went for coffee at the Brew Continuum.

Mission - Shadows in the Temple - 240009.04 - 240012.03

Gnaxac was on another away mission with Reynols and Sevo, this time joined by Ylvor as the four of them tried to rescue the hostages kept in the Crash Fields on Sargasso V.

Shore Leave - Andoria 240012.03 - 240103.13

Gnaxac had an appointment with Ferrucci after having been shot in the shoulder on Sargasso V, before helping Ferrucci and Dahlquist move into their quarters. The trio then headed on a tour of Borgva Castle. He had a shift with Doz which they spent in a Jeffries tube, before watching an ice storm from the safety of the Observation Lounge with Cory Stoyer.

• Scotty Cross - presented by Quinn Reynolds. Elliot’s characters are always so clever and enjoyable to read, and many of us have been delighted by the creative twists he’s used in the sims. Months later, I still can’t forget how he came up with the idea to use tube grubs to stabilise people in time!
