As a Junior Officer Rocar served in Medical and then Science. Rocar was usually an optimist despite having a dread of certain situations. Rocar often tended to chuckle aloud to everything he found amusing, no matter how grave the situation and his full blown laugh could echo out louder than even a [[Klingon]]. Being on duty does not stop him from being jovial. This usually raises a few eyebrows but fellow officers soon get used to it.
