Colony
The only thing on the surface of this planet is a Romulan penal colony for political prisoners. Planetary conditions are harsh and the struggle to survive takes up most of the political prisoners time. Their are approximately 50,000 prisoners on the planet.
The colony is watched from orbit by a small Tal Shiar station which orbits the planet and has 2 small patrol craft and 6 shuttles assigned to it.
