Stardate 238508.01: Project Bluebird - Starfleet's first attempt at transwarp since the Excelsior Project in the late 23rd century - is preparing for the first live tests of the Bluebird's new propulsion system. Interested members from the Starbase 118 Division of the Starfleet Engineering Corps are invited to attend the event.
