Background
Musath is a little shy at first and one of his unique qualities is that he can read people by watching their body language, how they act, speak, etc. While on duty, he's strictly professional. Earlier in his life during the academy, he was a pretty outgoing cadet. Although, that would get him in trouble because of his hyperactivity which is pretty rare for Kobliads. He was born on Quarra after his parents left their homeplanet even before they met each other. In fact, they met while at the immigration offices.
Not long after when they were assigned their living quarters at the employee housing complex, they soon began to form a romantic relationship. However when the main doctor was exposed by informing the population that she had implanted fake memories into them by believing they sought out jobs on the planet, Musath's parents separated. Through happenstance, his mother had already became pregnant with him. At first she wanted to try and raise Musath, but it was too much and the housing complex turned into actual livable apartments where everyone took care of everyone else.
Because of this, Musath learned about Starfleet through word of mouth when the rumor spread that an Intrepid class starship had helped the immigrants know the real truth.
