The Libra star is a [[wp:Main sequence|class V main sequence star]], [[wp:Stellar classification#Class G|type G8 (yellow spectrum)]] with a temperature of 5,000 to 6,000 Kelvin and with a stellar mass of about 1 to 1.1. (in relation to Sol) It has a solar radius of about 1.1, a luminosity of 1.2L and hydrogen lines falling in the weak range.
