Half Trill and half Betazoid son of Alana Devar and Halla Culemerwin, taking the surnames of both parents. Was born on Deep Space 17 on Stardate 238207.03; delivered by Sidney Riley. Born one month premature, at 18 inches long and weighing in at six and half pounds, he was also blessed with a full head of pale blonde hair.
