Backstory/Timeline
- Personal Background Summary:
Jacob was raised aboard Jupiter station; a son of two very ambitious parents. Jacob was essentially forced to enter Starfleet Academy, not t5hat he really had any interest in going anywhere else. Jacob's parents balanced their worklife and their time with their children very well. While Jacob knew they were busy, and they were, they never missed anything important events in Jacob's life, and made it to every sporting game they could.
Jacob and his younger brother get along quite well and both aspire to be Starfleet Officers.
Jacob performed well during the Academy. A structured life was something that Jacob wasn't entirely used to, but something he learned to adapt too. He excelled in Engineering, mostly he accredits to the work he used to do with his father and brother on Jupiter station.
Jacob was a pathological fear of heights. He will not look over a balcony/cliff etc. Flying in a shuttle is fine. Jacob is a caring person but at times pushes his own self importance on others. His friends at the Academy found him to be a great friend, but with a very high opinion of himself. Sometimes that opinion was founded, but not always.
