Sickbay Log

  • 239006.02: Trill Symbiosis Commission, Medical Division - Joined with the Symbiont Sevo. Preliminary physical and mental examinations show good signs of acceptance. Joining appears successful.
  • 239109.15: New Assignment Physical - Minor ammonia lung poisoning; minor cuts and scrapes from away mission. All injuries repaired. Patient noted chronic claustrophobia post-Joining; recommend further observation.
  • 239110.12: S.S. Lady Luck - Minor injuries after mission. Treated aboard independent freighter Lady Luck. Follow-up aboard U.S.S. Victory.
  • 239112.30: Emergency Admission - Admitted to Victory sickbay due to epileptic seizures post-mission. Patient appears unresponsive to outside stimuli.
  • 239201.05: Emergency Admission, Addendum - Removed envirosuit and attached patient to life support. Brains of host and symbiont are incredibly active, yet no awareness of surroundings is apparent. Recommend telepathic diagnosis.
  • 239201.20: ICU Patient Update - Doctor Kaji attempted telepathic connection with comatose patient Ayiana Sevo. Discovered connection between host and symbiont had been disrupted due to repressed psychological trauma within the symbiont Sevo. Successfully reintegrated host and symbiont minds. Ordered recurring psych evaluations at regular intervals.
  • 239202.07: In-Patient Admission - Requested anti-anxiety drug to counter claustrophobia within an envirosuit. Patient given hypospray with limited doses of Klazepam.
  • 239209.12: Transport Admission - Underwent physical after mission to U.S.S. Tharsis. Treated for minor contusions, electrical burn on left arm, & water in lungs.

Counseling Log

  • 239111.20: Volunteered Counseling - Lt. JG Sevo has expressed worries and concerns about being promoted to a supervisory position, namely head of the science department. Noted lack of self-confidence. Recommend further monitoring and evaluations.

Telepathic Status

  • 239105.10: Final Academy Medical Note - Cadet has virtually no capability for telepathy. Trills require years of training to hone their minimal telepathic abilities, and such individuals are limited to the Guardian career.
  • 239205.17: Case Study - Patient acquired telepathic link with Lt. Talia Kaji, upon the latter's telepathic treatment of Lt. Sevo several months prior. Through as-yet-unknown means, the pair maintain a telepathic bond over distances of at least 1km. Pair shows ability to share and express emotions of the other and to send telepathic messages regardless of mental blocks.
