The aftermath of the Hobus supernova was still felt at the dawn of the new decade as the ancient Iconian gateways were reactivated across the galaxy in what became known as the Gateway Crisis of 2390. 2390 239008.03: Fleet Captain Kali Nicholotti assumes command of the USS Excalibur-A. 239012.25: Captain Aron Kells goes AWOL in a stolen shuttlecraft, the William Schirra, from the USS Mercury. Most of the remaining crew from the Mercury transfer to the USS Garuda, under the command of Captain Cassandra Egan Manno. 239012.28: USS Darwin-A is launched under the command of Commander Greir Reinard. 2391 239102.01: USS Atlantis is relaunched under the command of Commander Raj Blueheart. 239102.02: USS Gemini is launched under the command of Commander Liam Frost.
