Commander Kelrod is a Security Officer and SAR leader currently assigned to the USS Invicta. Kelrod is an ancient consciousness inhabitating Marcus Dickens body since he went to the planet Ambrosia while serving on the USS Columbia. His presence originally classified by Starfleet Command and Starfleet Intelligence, he now serves openly aboard the USS Invicta as the ship's SAR Team Leader.

He's a soldier of a species that were almost anihilated in a war in the Ambrosia system and one of the last survivors of those. He's lived many years under the rule of one of his kind named Tantalus after they become conscience without body in the planet and the equipment to reintegrate them destroyed in an attack. After possessing Dickens and becoming free of Tantalus he'd been glad to live in the back of his mind with only sparse times to enjoy physical life. Recent events led to him being the one in full control and he wants to live life as much as he could and that includes, exercise, talking, tasting all kind of dishes, knowing all kind of people and women. He's a charming personality, or at least he tries, sometimes trying to make fun, others testing people's reactions to certain... stimulus. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, but in his mind, life is meant to be lived and experienced, so he could be sometimes blunt, sometimes talkative and in certain occasions stressing. He's eager to show what he's capable of and to demonstrate everyone that he has the right to be there, to serve in his position and that he doesn't need Marcus to be a complete person.

T'Lea is a former science officer and now H & A specialist
T'Lea was the former Chief Science Officer in Dickens's first posting on board the USS COLUMBIA. Kelrod possessed Dickens and fought with T'Lea as Tantalus possessed Dickens body too. She was aware of his presence in Marcus almost since then and confirmed when Vojana revealed the issue to captain Vetri. Despite that she treated him fairly and he has that woman in high esteem as they share some perverse sense of humor and like to tease others around them.

Captain Vetri was his former captain on the USS Avandar where he served as FO for the first time.
Della Vetri was the captain of the USS Avandar where Dickens was posted as First Officer as Lt. Commander. She was T'Lea's fiancee and later married to her. Those two events, made him know her quite well and he'd developed a feeling of familiarity with her. They're separated when the Avandar was decommisioned but being aware of his presence didn't seemed to affect negatively their relationship and he's proud of a woman that has showed so many skills in the central chair and the ability to pacify T'Lea in their quarters.
