History
Their history is one of hard work and co-operation. With out that they would never have survived and developed into the civilization that they have. The many dangerous predators would have wiped them out long ago otherwise.
As time passed they learned new skills to protect themselves and defend their settlements. These skills were freely given to any and all others. In this way they were able to advance and overcome the many dangerous predators that surrounded them.
Government
Each of the 5 main islands has it's own central government. They also get together to combine those 5 councils which are made up of 5 elders into a single planetary council of 25 elders who make all the plans and programs that will affect the planet.
Description
The Libra people are for the most part a soft milk chocolate in color. They tend to be fairly tall and slender, with the average being 6", 170 lbs for the men and 6'10", 150 for the women. They all wear their hair long, usually braided with feathers or other object woven into the braids. Men usualy have hair down past their shoulders and women have hair down close to the small of their back. Hair color is a deep reddish brown.
For clothes they all tend to wear a soft leather boot that reaches to just below the knee. Women will have a single poncho like dress garment that they pull on over their heads and that reaches just past the knee. It will be tied with a leather belt around the waist. Men tend to wear leather pants with a flap in the front and back that can be moved aside in order to expose that part of the body. They will then wear a loose cloth shirt or a leather vest.

They have metal tools, 3 story stone and brick buildings, excellent sailing ships with metal reinforced hulls, complex road and aquaduct systems as well as plumbing, schools, hospitals and air and water powered machines.
For weapons they use large 2 man bolt throwers, very powerful crossbows and javelin throwing sticks. Many of these are coated with an extremely dangerous toxin that will drop even the biggest predators within minutes.
