Description
The Sisterhood of Chains is a mysterious organization, with it's first massive operation encountered by the USS Doyle-A in 2392, as it tried to enslave the population of Bil III.
While it was previously generally unknown to the majority of Starfleet, both Starfleet Intelligence and the Federation Security Agency had been investigating what seemed to be unaffiliated and random ship hijackings. It is believed that the home base of the Sisterhood is located somewhere in the unexplored regions of the Avalon Sector.
At this time, the Sisterhood is not known to be affiliated with any other criminal syndicates or terrorist organizations, and appears primarily to be a slaver organization.
