Additional less significant puncturing injuries medial to the clavicle proximal to the pelvis. Significant blood loss noted. BP 65/40 HR 210 R 14 & labored. 3 liters Bolian Type-43 blood administered along with analgesics during initial exam. Patient was put into cryostatic state for approximately 3.5 hours during triage emergency. Initial exams performed by Sickbay staff prior to arrival. Three surgeries performed to remove debris and stabilize patient vitals. Initial surgery stabilized patient vitals required time to recover before removal of deep foreign objects - wounds left open, second surgery removed foreign matter and closed remaining wounds, final surgery to repair muscle and deep tissue damage as well as perform nerve therapy. Patient recovery, 2 days with 1 week rest order. Two additional follow-ups ordered, no evidence of infection or residual pain, no further treatment necessary.
