Patient was received into Sickbay during rescue operation of the USS Resolution. Patient had sustained a low level disruptor blast to the lower thoracic, upper abdominal region on the right flank. Soft tissue and organ damage was sustained. Prior to admission, actions to stop bleeding and restore organ function were performed in the field by Doctor Kyle Morgan. Upon examination it was determined that further repair to the organs and surrounding tissue was needed. Patient was operated on successfully and moved to recovery. Organ function fully restored. Minor scarring as a result of cell disruption. Patient is expected to make a full recovery.

  • Counseling Assessment: Cadet Aine Sherlock came in for an initial consultation. Aine appears to be suffering from depression following the ending of a relationship. Describes common symptoms such as sleeplessness, loss of appetite, etc. Recommend continued treatment and reevaluation.

  • Counseling Assessment: After a few months of counseling, Cadet Sherlock appears to have recovered from her depression. Lack of symptoms and return to academic proficiency are apparent. Further counseling only recommended as needed.
