Naming Pages
Hi there! I noticed a page you created for one of your character's sims. When naming the pages, we should the full/complete title for sims when they get put on the wiki just like when you post them to your ship. This is really important because other members may use the same title for one of their sims... maybe not specifically with the one you added but still...
So instead of just naming the page Finding Lorak ... it should be named SIM:TuPeq Finding Lorak or SIM:JP Lieutenant Isabel Pond and Ensign Tu'Peq - Finding Lorak
Something else I would suggest is adding the Categories at the end. SIM:Chythar Skyfire Head Games is a perfect example of what I'm talking about regarding both page name and Categories.
If you have any questions or need help moving it to the proper name, please feel free to contact me. Rune Jolara (talk) 13:19, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
: Go to the page... just left of the search box is "More"... hover and it will show a pull down menu, from there click on Move. On the move page, you'll get the option to rename it. Where it says New Title: you can just leave the (Main) as is and replace Finding Lorak with the new title. Then click on move page.
: You don't have to worry about deleting anything. It'll just move everything for you automatically. Hope that helps :) Rune Jolara (talk) 18:27, 1 September 2017 (UTC)

Editing Pages

We're glad to see you're enjoying editing our wiki, but there's just a couple of things on editing pages I need to let you know of -

 • When you edit a page, make sure that you leave an edit summary so that we can track changes, especially to pages that are used Fleetwide (IE - the Intel Duty Post Page).
 • Be careful adding/editing duty post pages in full; our Fleet has some intricacies related to hierarchy, and some regulations put forth by the ruling councils that need to be taken into account. It would be a good idea to run these changes by your CO or the facilitator of the group/duty post/etc.
 • If you have questions, it's better always to ask rather than end up in a position where things get mixed up.

Enlisted and Cadets to Rosters

Hi there! Saw you create an SCPO listing for the rosters. Just FYI for other enlisted ranks or those not supported by their own template, you can still have the PC roster display that rank by putting "Active" before the rank (and change Active to LOA if they go on a LOA of course).

gives

Insignia Rank/Title Portrait Character Name Duty Post

Cadet Third Class

Anna Cortez

Security Cadet

and

gives

Insignia Rank/Title Portrait Character Name Duty Post

Crewman First Class

Xio

Hi there! I noticed a page you created for one of your character's sims. When naming the pages, we should the full/complete title for sims when they get put on the wiki just like when you post them to your ship. This is really important because other members may use the same title for one of their sims... maybe not specifically with the one you added but still...

Something else I would suggest is adding the Categories at the end. SIM:Chythar Skyfire Head Games is a perfect example of what I'm talking about regarding both page name and Categories.

Go to the page... just left of the search box is "More"... hover and it will show a pull down menu, from there click on Move. On the move page, you'll get the option to rename it. Where it says New Title: you can just leave the (Main) as is and replace Finding Lorak with the new title. Then click on move page.
You don't have to worry about deleting anything. It'll just move everything for you automatically. Hope that helps :) Rune Jolara (talk) 18:27, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
