Awarded to an officer who contributes to the development and/or invention of a new method of simming, thinking, or seeing the Star Trek universe. It has only been presented four times in the group's existence: for creating the community (Wolf), for defining new ways of what a simming installation can be (Renos and Vataix), and for redefining the expectations for leaders in the organization (Reynolds). This is a unique distinction and the greatest honour bestowed upon any officer. | |||
