Please find below a breakdown of the Discovery's Crew, whilst its not always fixed at this depending on the Discovery's ability to take on different Pods, this is to be assumed the standard crew compliment.
The USS Discovery has a total crew of approximately 480. Of that crew, 160 are officers and 320 are non-commissioned crewmen. Like most ships in Starfleet, the Discovery operates on a three shift system; Alpha (0600 to 1400 hours), Beta(1400 to 2200 hours) and Gamma (2200 to 0600 hours).
Officers: 160, Enlisted: 320, Civilians (Families): 220, Maximum Capacity: 1000
