Hi Toni, the Lt. JG blue pips image is used as a standard in more than just the USS Challenger's duty roster. Modifying it's size effects the sizing on numerous pages. I've uploaded a new file to fix the problem. In the future the standard for the USS Challenger's duty roster is 'C' in front of the image name because of their different sizes. -[[User:Sirkit|Sirkit]]

Where can I find the list of pip files that you have already uploaded to be able to use them?
== Motto graphics ==

I've created a category for the Challenger sized pips images, I've also uploaded all possible starfleet pips (standard not dress) so you can link to them appropriatly. The names are now also standardized so they are all C(color)-(rank).jpg for easier navagation. TO acess the category just click on one of the challenger pips images and then click on the category-[[User:Sirkit|Sirkit]]
I have no idea how to get to the Motto to change the graphic. It would be simple if I could get the picture to the correct size 175 x 90, but the closest I could get was 172 x 113. So if any one could help me with that on the Embassy's front page it would be appreciated. Toni[[User:Toni|Toni]] 00:05, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
: Are you referring to the image [[Template:Embassy-motto|here]]?  According to what I can see, the image is displaying at 175x90. Or are you trying to get the motto image switched and use the same image from the nav?  If that's the case, the nav image will need to be cropped in order to display at 175x90 (which I can do for you fairly quickly). Let me know.  [[User:Whale|Whale]] 01:00, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Thanks, that should make it a lot easier.

Your welcome. - [[User:Sirkit|Sirkit]]
Yes, that's the one. I just didn't see a way to edit it. I want the new picture put in that box. The one on it is the old Embassy that we are replacing. o if you could crop the pictuer in the nav to the correct mesurements and name it according to the old nav it would take care of a number of of ills. I just did't want  to change the nav when I could get it to fit the standard nav. The Thunder also needs to be sized correctly. Toni[[User:Toni|Toni]] 17:07, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Just a note, I moved your page to [[Turner, Toni]]. Primary characters have their last name first when we put them on a wiki page, so we can find them easier. Also fixed the link on the Embassy crew history page. --[[User:FltAdml. Wolf|Wolf]] 12:17, 30 Oct 2005 (CST)

== Article Naming ==
== Can I tag along? ==

Toni, please remember that the names of articles must be SPECIFIC if you are creating them for a vessel. If you are talking about the holodecks on the Challenger, it would be "Challenger holodecks". You can only have one page per name, so if you name your page "Holodecks," we don't know if you're talking about Challenger holodecks, Enterprise holodecks, or just holodecks in general.
Toni, I heard a rumor that the Ronin is headed back to the Embassy on Duronis II in the near future. I've been playing a Laudean PC, [[Tali, Elya|Elya Tali]], for a few months now and would be interested in getting involved with the mission either with Elya, another PNPC, or just observing.

If you want to create a link but want the name to not include "Challenger," you can do it like this: <nowiki>[[Challenger holodecks|holodecks]]</nowiki>
Let me know!

Please keep this in mind whenever you create links to new pages. Thanks! --[[User:FltAdml. Wolf|Wolf]] 14:46, 23 April 2006 (CDT)

No, the Ronin won't be going to the Embassy. Will have a new ship, USS Thunder, that we're taking to Duronis II. I'm sorry, I don't recognize Elya or Meekohi, could you tell me your regular PC's name, and send me a sample sim of how you play your Laudean.

Okay, Sir. Will keep that in mind for future pages. Should I change the ones I have made? [[User:Toni]]
Regards, you would have to have Elya made your secondary, and come as a civilian if your CO and the placement officer agreed to it. Toni[[User:Toni|Toni]] 21:17, 24 January 2011 (UTC)

:Don't worry about those, Toni. Between Wolf and I we've already fixed up the existing ones. Just remember to do it this way for any new ones you make. [[User:Varaan|Varaan]] 11:51, 25 April 2006 (CDT) (PS, how's the Challenger? from Doc Robertson)

*Big smile* I love the Challenger. The Captain T'Pen is great, and all the people are really nice. Had they not took me in, I would have probably not stayed here at UFOP. Kassa is now on a ship too as my secondary - U.S.S Triumphant with another great Captain (Rhys). I'm really happy about that too. She deserved more than being a NPC all her life *lol* Still having to research a lot of my sims on the technical side, but as always, I still sim a great deal and love it. [[User:Toni]]

If you don't like it, you can just revert it. :)

The picture you made looks good, but I wanted to use the other picture of it as the main picture, and was trying to put the curved name and numbers on it. Is there anyway you can do the curved letters and numbers on top of that?  I can use the the one made at the bottom of the page.

Hi Toni,
Yes, I went to check Tali's page. That's why I gave her the correct procedure. She can't make a
Secondary until she becomes a full Lieutenant. Toni[[User:Toni|Toni]] 00:00, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
I can't revert the picture. You didn't leave a signature as to who did it and Admiral Wolf's changes would be lost even if I could. So I'll leave it for now and change it later. Toni[[User:Toni|Toni]] 03:51, 26 January 2011 (UTC)

:Ahh- I knew you could revert it... :) If you go to the page for that image (clicking on the tiny image I put above takes you there) there's a 'revert' button down the left hand side which will allow you to set the image to any version you wish. On second thought, maybe that only appears to admins... in any event, sorry for messing it up- I meant to revert it but got distracted. --[[User:AlleranTan|AlleranTan]] 23:04, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
It deleted mine when you uploaded the same file name. I had to delete your's so I could get it back on the Thunder's first page using the same file name.

I was breezing through looking at different mission logs on the Wiki and look a look at the Challenger's. You have 2384, but the current stardate year for the group is 2383. (*wry smile*) Thought I'd let you know. [[User:DCody|DCody]] 01:32, 10 November 2006 (CST)

Yeah, I noticed it a couple of days ago, and have not had time to fix it. Will do it now. Who is this? [[User:Toni|Toni]]
While I appreciate your efforts to help, and the graphics you do are very nice, please ask before changing the work we have done as it is a work in progress that we need to get done. Stopping to do something all over again only delays it's completion.

Thanks Toni! :)

Ah, twas almost a fortnight ago it was built, and the fort is still standing. ::grins:: Oh, I closed the nowiki command so my four tildes would work, but when I closed yours, my name came up. Guess it took on mine when I closed it. You'll have to do it, I guess lol  [[User:Toni|Toni]] 11:08, 13 November 2006 (CST)
Incidentally, just for future reference, I double triple checked- if you go here (http://www.wiki.starbase118.net/wiki/index.php?title=File:USSThunder.jpg), that's the picture that's on the Thunder front page, the one I "deleted". If you scroll down to "File History" it'll show you a tiny pic of every version of the file uploaded- including the one I put there. If you're signed in, there should be three links next to each image, saying "delete | revert | a date"

Holding the fort, milady... looks like Salek beat me to the fix. lol [[User:DCody|DCody]] 04:42, 14 November 2006 (CST)
If you click "revert", it sets the picture to that version. :)

Yes, Salak is very good to help, and Lord knows, I sure need it. Thank you, Salak. :) Now, Cody, what about that haystack? *lol*  [[User:Toni|Toni]] 21:26, 16 November 2006 (CST)
I'm on the lookout for more Thunder images, but in future, as per your request I'll just link them in your user page and you can decide if/when you want to use them? That way I'm not treading on your toes. :)

Hmm.... the haystack has definite possibilities. *chuckle* [[User:DCody|DCody]] 01:58, 17 November 2006 (CST)
As for the current image, I'll see what I can do about polishing it up in the next few days, but I have a fair few other things to do so it might get triaged. Sorry again for the confusion! --[[User:AlleranTan|AlleranTan]] 04:37, 27 January 2011 (UTC)

I appreciate your help, Tan, but I polished it up already. Okay? If you want to help, I need two picture of two different offices, one for Toni and one for Ambassor Boyd. If you know of a site that has pictures of them, I'd appreciate the address so I can choose from them to my taste. :) [[User:Toni|Toni]] 21:54, 27 January 2011 (UTC)Toni

Motto graphics

I have no idea how to get to the Motto to change the graphic. It would be simple if I could get the picture to the correct size 175 x 90, but the closest I could get was 172 x 113.
